International carriage by air is subject to international law as laid down in the Warsaw Convention (1929). An amendment to this Convention was made, which is known as the Hague Protocol (1955). A further amendment was made called Montreal 4 protocol (1975), but this protocol became effective only in June 1998.
The carriage of cargo by air is, also, subject to the Conditions of Carriage and regulations of the carrier concerned on the revis side of the Airwaybills. Other services and products described in this website will also be subject to terms and conditions, details of which may be obtained from the carriers or their service provider (as applicable).
