'As you are aware the animals are now safely in Kuwait and I thought I had to write an email to thank you so very much for all your hard work in making things go so smoothly.  Originally, we were given the name of another company but after many weeks of chasing them for prices and other details, felt that this company were not suitable to do the job in hand and searched for another company.  Luckily for us, we found your company and yourself. The difference was immediately apparent in the standard of professionlism and customer care,  you provided us with prices, details of what was needed andm and kept us continually informed of what was happening and what was required plus you provided help and advise throughout the process. 
 
We have been delighted with your company and would have no hesitation whatsoever in using you again and also recommending you in the strongest terms.  You and your company have been helpful, polite, professional and above all caring.  It has been a pleasure doing business with you and to have known you, albeit via telephone and email.
