Personal Effects Cargo is a special type of cargo for your personal belongings which cannot be carried along with you at the time of traveling from one destination to other due weight of shipment, dimension or high excess baggage fees applied by the carrier. In this type, we provide service by Air and Sea even we handle LCL (loose container load) or FCL (full container load) type of service, airports to airport, door to airport, port to port with very cost effective way.

Baggage shipped as cargo shall consists of only personal wearing apparel and personal articles of passenger excluding (Valuables, Money, Jewelry, Watches, Furs, Machinery, Spare Parts, Perfumery Products, Weapons and Dangerous Goods).

For pre-booking, we need the following information;

·         Your passport

·         Your airline ticket - Destination, name of airline are not important.

·         E-ticket or e-reservations are also acceptable

·         Packing List showing the contents of each box or luggage

·         Three dimension of each box or luggage in centimeter

·         Weight of all shipments (Roughly)

·         Full address of shipper and consignees - Phone numbers

·         24-Hours emergency call number

Important notes;

 ·        For customs inspection, shipper will have to come to the airport or provide a power of attorney from any public notary. You can find the sample copy of Power of Attorney in the same page. Just click on, print and give the person ar notary for the issuing of original one.

 ·         Do not forget to sign the Airlines' Shipper's Declaration Form

 ·         Freight charge is based on the actual weight or chargable weight (which one is higher). For volume weight calculation, we need three dimensions of the boxes in cantimeter. The formula is W x L x H / 6000= Volume weight.

 ·        Customs formalities must be finalized one day before departure early departures and owner will be ready at the terminal during the inspection (if not provide power of attorney)

 ·        Customs formalities take around two hours

  ·       If required, we can supply special car or truck to pick your shipment from your door at a competitive rate

 .    All carpets, antiques and paintings, etc... need extra permission from the relevant museums or state owned art galeries.
