Please prepare the transportation documents of in-transit shipments as per the following instruction to avoid any problems and delay at customs
                  

• In the consignee box, actual consignee name and address at final delivery point.

• Mention on the all documents that shipment is 'in transit to ...........(name of the city/country)
• Unloading should be SAW Airports for quick transfer or IST Ataturk Airport
• Invoice and packing list must be sent
• The name of the transportation company carrying the shipmen to ISTANBUL

Some flights (in ISTANBUL) depart from SABIHA GOKCEN (SAW) Airport or CORLU Airport (TEQ). To avoid any operational and customs difficulties at arrival, for survey transportation, please carefully check the correct delivery airport to be shown on the transportation documents with charter company or consignee. So, final destination on CMR must be ISTANBUL / SABIHA GOKCEN Airport or TEKIRDAG/CORLU Airport.

If shipment will be continued to TAS by truck ex IST, final destination must be shown as HALKALI Truck Port ISTANBUL
